I created daily_doll for posting doll pics. I had originally named it something else, then changed my mind, and when I went to delete the community, I accidentally deleted janecpb! I panicked for a sec, but obviously I got it worked out.

A teenage relative of karnythia is missing. The police think she's run away, the family is less convinced, but the bottom line is no Amber Alert.

From the release:

Brianna Lacey, 15, is missing. She is also known to go by the name of Brianna Wright. She was last seen Friday, December 18, 2009 leaving for school from her home in the vicinity of 80th Street and Eberhart and heading to Longwood Academy located at 95th Street and Throop, according to the Chicago Police Department.

Brianna is described as a African-American, 5 ft. 4 inches tall, weighing 110 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion. She also has pierced ears. She was last seen wearing a navy blue polo shirt, navy blue sweater, gray pants, and a brown coat. She had on black gym shoes, as well. According to police, she frequents the area near her home, as well as the area near 105th Street and Yates in Chicago, Illinois.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Chicago Police Area Two Detective Division Special Victims Unit at (312) 747-8274. Please note, If you are an adult and allowing a minor child to stay at your residence, without parental consent, you are breaking the law and can be prosecuted.

But it might be Willow. Not sure yet.

She is a Summer Term Camellia from Rosette. A few people have asked me why I got a sleeping face as my first BJD. It's because I am a fiend for pajamas. Later on I'm going to get another Camellia (not sure which one yet) and I think they'll both be the same person, I'll just switch the faces around. Do all BJDs' faces come off? I was a little startled when it happened.

1. I got all the wrapping done. Well, my mother and I did. We wrapped all the kids' gifts, all the grown ups' gifts, even all the Santa gifts and stocking stuff! If I get hit by a bus tomorrow, all George has to do is lay it out on Christmas morning. I am the awesomest. We even wrapped the kids' doors and made them look like big presents!

2. MY BJD CAME! And they included an extra outfit, not sure why, but don't care. I want to go get her out of the box right now, but I have to leave in half an hour and I want to savor the unwrapping. I'll probably do it anyway so I can take her with me to pick up Babette at school. You know I'll post pics tonight after I get home from book club. I'll probably take her to book club too. Gah, I'm ten years old in my heart.

Whee, what a great day!

My mother is going to be here any minute and we are going to spend the day wrapping presents. I am hoping we will get everything done. It will be so nice not to have to stay up 'til 2am on Christmas Eve!
